ZAGREB, July 27
(Hina) - The Constitutional Court has quashed the
final ruling against Croatia's former prime minister Ivo Sanader who
was sentenced to eight and a half years imprisonment for war
profiteering in the 'Hypo Bank' graft case and for taking a bribe from
the Hungarian MOL oil company, ordering a retrial by Zagreb County
Court.
