SARAJEVO, July 8
(Hina) - British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond
expressed his disappointment at Russia's veto of a United Nations
Security Council resolution that would have condemned the Srebrenica
massacre as a genocide to mark the 20th anniversary of the killing of
8,000 Muslim men and boys, saying the failure to adopt this Resolution
was a snub to the families of the victims and the survivors of
Srebrenica.
