ZAGREB, July 4
(Hina) - The Zagreb-based Dinamo soccer club's
executive director Zdravko Mamic and coach Zoran Mamic were arrested
on Saturday as soon as they crossed from Slovenia into Croatia after
earlier in the day the Croatian Office for Suppression of Corruption
and Organised Crime (USKOK), that has launched an investigation
against them on suspicion of tax evasion and bribery, requested
detention for them during the ongoing investigation into their alleged
murky dealings.
