ZAGREB, June 30
(Hina) - Regional Development and EU Funds Minister
Branko Grcic said on Tuesday that he expected amendments to the Act on
Contractual Relations, envisaging a decrease in default interest rates
for households and the business sector, to have a significant impact
both on households and the business community, which he said had been
driven into debt slavery and blockades of bank accounts by excessive
loan default interest rates.
