SARAJEVO, June 25
(Hina) - War-time commander of Srebrenica's
defence forces Naser Oric will not be extradited to Serbia, the Swiss
Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) decided on Thursday, adding that Oric
would be sent back to Bosnia and Herzegovina, following a request
submitted by the Bosnian State Prosecutor's Office.
