BLEIBURG, May 16
(Hina) - Seventy years ago, a large part of Europe
and the world celebrated liberation from totalitarian ideologies of
evil, and what Croatia remembers about May 1945 are horrible
massacres, crimes against humanity committed under the symbol of the
five-pointed star, Zagreb Archbishop Josip Bozanic said on Saturday at
Bleiburg field, Austria, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of
the suffering of soldiers of the 1941-45 Nazi-styled Independent State
of Croatia (NDH) and civilians at Bleiburg.
