(Hina) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of
Regional Development and EU Funds Branko Grcic on Friday said that by
the year's end parafiscal charges would be reduced for companies and
citizens by about HRK 300 million, and announced legislation and
mechanisms to stimulate voluntary mergers of those local government
units that cannot finance themselves.
