BELGRADE, April 17
(Hina) - In the event of the arrival of Kosovo
Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci to Belgrade next week, Serbia is
obligated to abide by procedure envisaged by the Brussels Agreement,
the European Commission responded on Friday after Serbian authorities
warned on Thursday that they would arrest the Kosovo minister, for
whom they had issued an arrest warrant over alleged war crimes, if he
came to Belgrade next week to attend a conference.
