ZAGREB, April 16
(Hina) - The government's decision to increase the
excise on fuel proves again that the government is not capable of
implementing structural reforms, Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) MP
and former finance minister Ivan Suker said in parliament on Thursday,
adding that this was once again reaching into the pockets of
citizens.
