ZAGREB, April 8
(Hina) - A special representative of the UN
Secretary-General, Zainab Hawa Bangura, on Wednesday welcomed the
Croatian government's decision to adopt a final bill regulating the
rights of victims of sexual violence committed in the 1991-95 Homeland
War, noting that this move would help heal war wounds and serve as an
example to other countries faced with the devastating legacy of
war-time rape.
