ZAGREB, March 30
(Hina) - After years of unsystematic and fragmented
social programmes and temporary solutions which did not guarantee an
equitable and transparent protection of neediest citizens nor prevent
abuse of various benefits, the Social Policy and Youth Ministry is
working on a reform expected to result in one-stop shop for the
administration of all national level cash benefits to improve the
design of social benefit system.
