ZAGREB, March 11
(Hina) - Parliamentarians on Wednesday agreed that
civil monitoring of the police was vital and welcomed the idea to set
up 20 additional commissions in each police administration office to
handle complaints against the police, while at the same time MPs
wondered whether the voluntary nature of these commissions could
ensure good quality candidates.
