ZAGREB, March 10
(Hina) - As an investigating judge is expected to
rule on the latest motion by the prosecution to place Zagreb Mayor
Milan Bandic back in custody on suspicion of new offences, including
witness tampering, a Zagreb County Court non-trial panel of judges has
announced that it has granted a motion filed earlier by Bandic's
defence and allowed him to perform his mayoral duties again.
