ZAGREB, March 4
(Hina) - Zagreb Mayor Milan Bandic, who cannot
perform his duties during the ongoing investigation into his alleged
abuse of office and murky dealings, has announced the establishment of
his political party by the end of this month and a decision whether or
not to hold early elections for the mayor of the Croatian capital.
