BELGRADE, March 2
(Hina) - A Belgrade appeals court has acquitted
Sreten Jocic aka Joca Amsterdam of the charges that he organised the
murder of Croatian journalist Ivo Pukanic, but has upheld a verdict
against Zeljko Milovanovic that sentenced him to 40 years in prison
for carrying out the murder contract, a court spokesperson told Hina
on Monday.
