January 2015 was the sixth month in a row to see a drop in the number of employed people. Compared with December 2014, the number of employed people decreased by 12,929 or 1%, while compared with January 2014, their number fell by about 16,500.

(Hina) - The number of employed people in Croatia in
January 2015 fell below 1.3 million for the first time since the start
of 2001, the National Bureau of Statistics (DZS) announced on Friday,
specifying that there were 1,290,470 employed people last month.
