Restaurant Week, according to the event's director Ozren Drobnjak has emerged as one of the most favourite events for food lovers around Croatia which at the same time promotes Croatia's restaurants but also offers guests who usually could not afford these restaurants an opportunity to visit them.
"All the restaurants included, offer excellent food and an abundant selection of beverages and all have excellent master chefs. Each year more and more restaurants are joining and during the Week they are all packed out," Drobnjak said.
This year's special attraction is "Cocktails in Hotels" which has attracted high category hotel bars who will hold cocktail happy hours every day for one hundred minutes (from 6 to 7.40 pm) for a price of HRK 25 which intends to promote having a cocktail before dinner which is growing global trend.
Zagreb's Esplanade, Sheraton, Westin and Antunovic hotels as well as the Spa Golfer Hotel in Sveti Martin na Muri and Hotel Osijek have all agreed to the happy hours this year.
