ZAGREB, Feb 24
(Hina) - The Municipal Court in Zabok, about 40
kilometres north of Zagreb, has ruled in a complaint filed by a holder
of a loan pegged to the Swiss franc against Societe Generale -
Splitska Banka for unlawful interest and the bank on Tuesday reported
that it would appeal the decision as the verdict was not properly
delivered.
