ZAGREB, Feb 13
(Hina) - According to the latest amendments to the
Election Law adopted on Friday in parliament, people who are serving a
prison sentence or are waiting to serve a prison sentence and all
those with a final verdict for grave crimes - first degree murder,
genocide or corruption - will not be able to run in the next
parliamentary elections already until their period of rehabilitation
has expired.
