ZAGREB, Feb 12
(Hina) - A trial in absentia against the CEO of the
Hungarian energy group MOL, Zsolt Hernadi, did not start as scheduled
at Zagreb's County Court on Thursday because the case file, which has
ended up at the Supreme Court after Hernadi's defence complained
about the file not having been translated into Hungarian, has not been
delivered back.
