ZAGREB, Feb 9
(Hina) - The State Prosecutor's Office (DORH) on
Monday confirmed that it had revoked a "deficient indictment" against
Zeljko Sacic, wartime commander of special police forces, and Franjo
Drljo, a former member of the Lucko anti-terrorist unit, for war
crimes committed in the wake of 1995's Operation Storm, and had
launched a procedure to dismiss Zagreb County prosecutor Zeljka
Pokupec.
