(Hina) - Bosnian Croat general Slobodan Praljak's
defence team before the Hague war crimes tribunal which, like the
defence teams of five other Bosnian Croats in the "Prlic and Others"
case, has appealed the trial verdict, is confident that the grounds
for appeal will convince the appeal judges that the ruling is
untenable, Praljak's lawyer Nika Pinter told Hina on Thursday.
