BRUSSELS, Jan 28
(Hina) - Croatian members of the European
Parliament have submitted a number of amendments to the progress
report on Serbia, including one in which they demand that Serbia
change its law by which it has given itself jurisdiction over trials
for war crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia, as a condition for
opening Chapter 23 negotiations on judiciary and fundamental rights.
