ZAGREB, Jan 27
(Hina) - When it comes to poverty and social
exclusion, Croatia is amongst the most affected countries in the
European Union (EU) and the solution to that grave social problem is
above all a matter of political decision and strengthening awareness
that social rights are a human right and investment into human
resources and not spending, a conference on poverty in Croatia heard
on Tuesday in Zagreb.
