ZAGREB, Jan 23
(Hina) - As the European Union is preparing stricter
passport checks due to terrorist threats for people entering the
Schengen zone, Croatia, which is still waiting to be admitted to that
area and neighbouring Slovenia, which is already part of the zone, on
Friday signed an annex to an agreement on joint official border
control check points, which should facilitate border crossings at
seven new points.
