ZAGREB, Jan 23
(Hina) - The leader of the Croatian HURS trade union
federation on Friday said that during the five years of economic
crisis, commercial banks operating in Croatia had made a profit of
19.2 billion kuna against a backdrop of declining production,
decreasing employment and contracting consumption and a rise in
joblessness and emigration from the country.
