ZAGREB, Jan 14
(Hina) - The the women's rights non-governmental
organisation B.a.B.e and eight lawyers who questioned the
constitutionality of the Family Law on Wednesday welcomed the
Constitutional Court's ruling to suspend the law and recalled that
more than a year ago when the first draft was released they had
cautioned that the bill was of poor quality, unclear, ambiguous,
unconstitutional and not enforceable.
