(Hina) - Following Serbia's request that Dragan
Vasiljkovic aka Captain Dragan be extradited to Serbia instead of to
Croatia, Croatian Assistant Justice Minister Ivan Crncec said on
Saturday that Serbia was definitely not in a position to assess
Croatia's judiciary whereas Croatia was in a position to assess
Serbia's.
