(Hina) - The Human Barrier non-governmental
organisation has called on its sympathisers to turn out for the runoff
presidential election in two weeks' time and add the name of its
candidate Ivan Sincic to their ballot papers as number three and
circle it in order to prevent any manipulation of their votes.
