ZAGREB, Dec 23
(Hina) - The US company Advent International and the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Monday
signed an agreement on the purchase of the Hypo Bank network in
Southeast Europe (Hypo Group Alpe Adria), consisting of six banks in
Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, Hypo
Alpe-Adria Bank said on Tuesday.
