(Hina) - Croatian Chief State Prosecutor
Dinko Cvitan said on Monday that last week's decision by a Budapest
court to dismiss a fraud and embezzlement lawsuit against the CEO of
the Hungarian energy group MOL, Zsolt Hernadi, was pressure by the
Hungarian judicial authority on the Croatian judicial authority.
