ZAGREB, Dec 5
(Hina) - Croatia needs to change its model of managing
its public debt as the current model is based on fiscal consolidation,
reducing expenditure in the public sector and on labour force
flexibility, which is resulting in a GDP decline and that's a vicious
circle, an economist and professor at the Zagreb Economics Faculty,
Drago Jakovcevic, said on Friday.
