ZAGREB, Dec 1
(Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic has
stated that the return of war crimes indictee Vojislav Seselj, a
Serbian politician, into detention is not a matter for Serbia,
although it is its problem, but that this issue is within the
jurisdiction of the Hague-based International Criminal Tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), and that it should be resolved in
cooperation of Serbia with the tribunal.
