RIJEKA, Nov 28
(Hina) - Work on the waste management centre at
Mariscina outside Rijeka, a project worth HRK 277 million (approx. EUR
36.5 million), is nearing completion and the facility, which is to
process waste from Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, is expected to start
working in the first half of 2015, it was said on Thursday during a
tour of the construction site by Environment Minister Mihael Zmajlovic
and the head of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency
Fund, Sven Mueller.
