ZAGREB, Nov 17
(Hina) - The trial of Yugoslav-era Croatian
intelligence officials Zdravko Mustac and Josip Perkovic, charged with
complicity in the assassination of Croat dissident Stjepan Djurekovic
in 1983, continued on Monday before the Munich Higher Regional Court
with the questioning of Hrvoje Prates, who kept repeating during his
three-hour testimony that he could not remember anything, prompting
the judge to postpone his questioning until December 9 and to warn the
witness that he could end up behind bars for perjury.
