Wage defaulters are businesses that have not paid salaries to their workers three months in a row, or in three months in a six-month span.
The Tax Administration can, in accordance with the relevant legislation, publish a list of wage defaulters on its web site.
The first list of this kind, including 7,038 businesses late in wage payment, was published by the Tax Administration in mid-July.
