(Hina) - Dubrovnik-Neretva County Prefect Nikola
Dobroslavic on Wednesday called on Croatian President Ivo Josipovic,
Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic and competent ministries to immediately
take necessary steps to safeguard Croatia's interests, that is the
Neretva basin, following a ruling of a Banja Luka court to allow the
construction of a hydroelectric power plant as part of the "Upper
Horizon" project in eastern Herzegovina, inland from Dubrovnik.
