BELGRADE, Nov 7
(Hina) - Serbia's Labour, Employment and Social
Welfare Minister Aleksandar Vulin said on Friday that the decision by
the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY)

Seselj was a "political message" and "an attempt to destabilise
Serbia".
