SIBENIK, Oct 18
(Hina) - Croatia's Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic has
said that succession will be the model to solve outstanding issues
among countries successors to former Socialist Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia (SFRY), including the lawsuit of Switzerland's biggest bank
UBS against Croatia in a New York federal court, with UBS claiming the
country owes it US$45 million in principal and interest on defaulted
debt assumed after the breakup of Yugoslavia.
