(Hina) - Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic has presented
his arguments, on the government's Facebook page, in favour of the
monetisation of debt of state-owned motorway operators through the
lease of motorways, elaborating that once a concession-holder pays
one-off fees, the lion's share of the debt of the motorways concerned
would be immediately paid back, which will enable Croatia to avoid
long-term paying of interest on loans taken to build those highways.
