ZAGREB, Sept 30
(Hina) - INA on Tuesday stated that its current
model of corporate management was in line in law, after some media
reported that three members who sit as Croatian representatives at the
INA board said that the company was being run in an illegal manner and
after their request to amend the company's corporate management was
turned down at the management board's meeting on 28 August.
