ZAGREB, Sept 21
(Hina) - The nongovernmental association called "In
the Name of the Family" on Sunday started collecting signatures for
calling a referendum on changing Croatia's system for electing the
national parliament by introducing preferential voting and lowering
the election threshold which currently stands at 5% to 3%.
