ZAGREB, Sept 18
(Hina) - The Croatian government on Thursday
endorsed a draft law on energy efficiency with the aim of simplifying
the procedure for contracts on improving the energy efficiency of
apartment buildings, which envisages that the conclusion of contracts
on energy restoration in such buildings would require the approval of
a 50% majority of owners rather than of all owners as is now the
case.
