ZAGREB, Sept 15
(Hina) - An expert on constitutional law and
external member of the Croatian parliament's Committee on the
Constitution, Branko Smerdel, on Monday proposed that a separate
constitutional law be passed to impose a temporary ban on referendums
until a new law on referendums was adopted, which was welcomed by
Committee member Vladimir Seks of the Croatian Democratic Union
(HDZ).
