BELGRADE, Sept 12
(Hina) - The founding session of Kosovo's new
parliament, scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed for next
Thursday at the request of the local Serb slate "Srpska" after the
Self-Determination movement insisted on reviewing an EU-sponsored
agreement between Belgrade and Pristina, asking that Kosovo Albanians
no longer negotiate with Belgrade but directly with Kosovo Serbs and
the European Union, the Serbian media reported.
