LJUBLJANA, Sept 2
(Hina) - The international community's High
Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko, has
expressed optimism about the forthcoming general elections in the
country, noting, however, that there still remains the problem of
300,000 people who do not declare themselves as being either Bosniaks,
Croats or Serbs and who do not have passive voting rights.
