ZAGREB, Aug 27 (Hina) - Budgetary revenues from VAT were down 6.8% in the first half of 2014 on the year, which was due to the ongoing recession and changes to the VAT collection methodology after Croatia joined the European Union, analysts at Raiffeisenbank Austria have said.
