(Hina) - "To avoid the European Commission's
punishment for failing to include the energy efficiency directive in
the national legislation, it is critical for the relevant ministries
to draw up the necessary documents so that appropriate bills could be
sent to parliament as early as this fall, Croatian MEP Andrej
