(Hina) - Croatian Economy Minister Ivan Vrdoljak said
on Monday evening he was a realistic optimist and that "we can be
satisfied with the first hearing" before an arbitration council of the
International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, following a suit the
Croatian government filed against the Hungarian oil company MOL,
asking that the shareholder's agreement with MOL about the Croatian
oil company INA be declared null and void.
