ZAGREB, Aug 6
(Hina) - The civil society association "Franak" has
prepared pattern forms for its members which they can fill in and
submit to seven banks where they have taken loans so as to request for
refund for overpaid interest following the final judgement of the
Zagreb-based Commercial Court that confirmed a first instance ruling
on the invalidity of interest rates.
